Send only high-level fit information: who you are, what kind of project/archive problem you have, rough size, and what you want clarified. Do not send files, paths, screenshots, folder trees, metadata packets, source code, credentials, or sensitive materials.

2. Manual review

No automatic intake.

Astrolobe reviews the request before any scan, intake, payment, or processing is discussed. This keeps the pilot controlled and avoids accidental customer-data handling.

3. Future pilot only

Intake comes later.

If your case appears to fit, Astrolobe may invite you into a future metadata-first pilot after the intake, privacy, and review process is ready.

Allowed first contact: name, email, high-level project/archive problem, rough size or number of files in broad terms, what you need recovered or clarified, and whether you would be open to metadata-first intake later.
Not accepted through first contact: uploads, screenshots, file paths, folder trees, metadata packets, raw folders, project archives, source code, private documents, credentials, client files, or sensitive materials.
Service boundary: Astrolobe does not delete, move, rename, or modify customer files. Any optional move manifest must be reviewed before use.
Pilot privacy boundary: Metadata can still contain sensitive names, paths, client references, timestamps, and project structure. Do not send customer data unless a later written intake process explicitly approves it.
